25 November 2006 Captain Jorge Pérez Tamayo President Asociación de Pilotos de Lineas Aereas Lezica 4031 1202 Buenos Aires Argentina Dear Captain Jorge Pérez Tamayo I am writing on behalf of the IFALPA President, Captain Dennis Dolan, to thank you for your generous invitation to host the 2007 CAR/SAM Regional Meeting, the Legal Committee Meeting and the second ATS Committee Meeting. This was discussed at the recent Executive Board and I have great pleasure in accepting the invitations. We have discussed this with the Committee Chairmen and Regional Officers and we would like to suggest the following dates: Legal Committee: 5-6 November Meeting ATS Committee: 7-9 November Meeting CAR/SAM Regional Meeting: 10-12 November These dates have been chosen so that they do not coincide with other meetings planned at the end of 2007. Please can you confírm that tríese dates are acceptable to you and that you can arrange a hotel to accommodate all the meetings?
